KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
At St Joseph’s College, we take immense pride in the academic achievements of all our pupils. The dedication, perseverance, and ambition demonstrated by both students and staff are evident throughout the college — creating an atmosphere of excellence, respect, and a shared commitment to success. Our rigorous approach to teaching and learning, underpinned by our college values, fosters an environment where pupils thrive both academically and personally.
Attainment
This year, St Joseph’s College is delighted to celebrate another set of excellent GCSE results. We have seen improvements across all core subjects and notable progress in several non-core areas, including Geography, Mandarin, Music, and Spanish. Our Attainment 8 score has risen to 45.4, reflecting the sustained commitment of our staff and students.
We are particularly proud of those students who achieved multiple grade 9s across their subjects — an exceptional accomplishment.
The English Baccalaureate (EBacc) entry rate was 43%, with an average point score of 4.08.
A special congratulations to Abdullah Ahmadi, Harish Thapliyal, James Okunola, Christopher Bourne, Nirbhay Valand, and Kairav Madramootoo, whose results of grade 8s and 9s represent outstanding achievement. Additionally, a select group of pupils have been invited to join our scholarship programme in recognition of their exceptional all-round performance.
Post-16 (KS5) Performance
At Key Stage 5, we have seen continued improvement across our A Level, Vocational, and Applied pathways — a testament to the hard work and dedication of our students and staff.

Students progressing to education/apprenticeships or employment from St Joseph’s College is 79% which is above the local authority average and on par with the England average.
