Pastrol Care

Pastoral care is at the centre of everything that we do at St Joseph’s College. As such, all staff, both teaching and support staff, have the right to work in an environment where they can use their knowledge, skills and abilities for the benefit of all students. 
 
This policy aims to promote positive behaviour for learning from students.  Behaviour for learning is one of our key priorities this year.  All staff have a number of responsibilities to ensure that they contribute to the creation and maintenance of a mutually supportive, caring and purposeful learning environment in the school.
