Following a successful funding bid, the Football Foundation have awarded St Joseph's College a £265 grant, which will be put towards the replacement of its football goalposts.  

Working alongside the Football Association, the Football Foundation has set aside £4m to replace non-compliant goals in thousands of schools, clubs and parks. Mr Mills thanked the organisation: 'This funding towards new, safer goalposts is a fantastic boost. Football is out national sport and it is great that the Football Foundation is investing in improving the grassroots of the game."
