On the 6^th July 2010, 38 students, aged from 12 to 16, and 3 teachers from Le Hu high School in Beijing visited the College to experience life at an English school.

They had lessons in Chinese History through Drama from Mr. Cook, making Pancakes in Food Technology from Ms. Troendle, Singing with Mr. Davies and Mr. Sanders, where they recorded some songs and were able to take the CD away as a souvenir and a Code Breaking session in Mathematics with Mr. Skinner.

The performance from the welcome team (Yr8) and conversations between our 9 Mandarin students and Chinese visitors were very impressive.

Thanks to all the teachers involved, including Mandarin Department staff led by Ms Xiao, who worked so hard to make the day successful.
