The ICT department at St. Joseph's College aims to be a dynamic and exciting environment for the students, bringing out the best in every child and helping them to achieve success and excellence.

It is our intention to provide active lessons allowing students to not only learn different computer skills, but also understand how these skills can be used in other subjects and learning areas throughout the school.

Practical “real life” scenarios are often used to highlight how these lifelong skills can be used and adapted for the workplace.

If students do not have MS Office on their computers at home they can download Openoffice at the following URL. This will allow them to produce documents they can open in school using Word, Excel, Access or Powerpoint.
