CSI Comes to Crown Point!

Boys attending St Joseph's College and local primary schools had the chance to experience CSI style activities over Easter at the College. The activities were run for years 6 - 9 as part of the Easter holiday activities from 11th to 15th April and included African Drumming, Street Dance and Sports along with Forensic Science workshops and How to build a Space Camp.

The boys explored fingerprinting, bones and blood testing as one day workshops and Space Camp as a two day workshop where they made paper rockets and used different methods to fire them off using water and compressed air.

This is the first time that activities have been offered at the College over Easter and has been due to increased demand from parents for positive activities over holiday periods.  We are working on the summer programme and hope to offer four weeks over the holidays at a reasonable cost to parents.
